Skeletons From My Closet . . .

Seem to be on a run of Grateful Dead related material. . . so here are a couple more. I took this first photo near Rocamadour, France in August, 1999, on the wall of an ancient church. Would be right at home in some of the Mexican day of the dead celebrations . . .

This second image is from a book I purchased at Christmas ; "Legends of Picardie", which was illustrated by the talented painter and sculptress named Marine Oussedik. I sincerely hope she won't mind me reproducing this image here, if so, I will be happy to remove it. You can see more of her paintings and animal sculptures on her site. This looks like quite a ripping good time . . .
