Of Blogs and Brittany . . .

This post is to pay tribute or homage to the fine blog of photos in Brittany brought to us by Sarah (see link at right side of this page, or see list of blogs I follow, or click the link here). She is obviously a fine photographer, and more importantly, she puts alot of heart into her photos, which she could only obtain by spending long, long hours out tramping the back roads of Brittany and remote beaches where ancient boats are deteriorating away. So in this small way, I say, "Bravo". . . and I encourage you to go take a look through her past postings, there are many lovely images there. . .

Sarah will know where these photos were taken, but for others who might not, the first one here is along the quais in Morlaix, France, and the two following are along the Bay of Morlaix from Carantec. The small island with the lighthouse is the famous Ile Louet, and the Chateau du Taureau is in the background. Back in the 1700's the Chateau du Taureau was a prison, many noble families sent their mis-behaving offspring for a visit to that unhealthy hotel, the only escape from which was by swimming the cold waters of the bay. . .

I swear this cloud image is not photo-shopped or anything like that, this is exactly how nature made it. . . what do you think it looks like ?
