A Stroll by the Sea . . .

.

.
Funny, having to post this again... looks like Blogger had a big bloblem, errrrr, problem. This was posted two days ago, and your wonderful comments disappeared as well. But I did see some of them, and I thank you for stopping in to this totally obscure little blog... Happy Friday 13th to all...
.
While in Brittany at the end of April, one day it was so beautiful out that we had no choice but to set out walking along the shore. The welcoming committee quickly came to greet us ; we said, "How now, brown cow ?"

.
Rocks of all shapes and sizes abound along the north Brittany coast ; sailors beware.

.
.
.
A spirited conversation was taking place ; true illustration of hearing something straight from the horse's mouth.

Some lovely shots as usual Owen. The final photo of the blooms of what we call 'gorse' bushes here in Scotland is very strong and i loved the impact of the red spade in the sand of the first sandcastle shot too.

cheers.

Beautiful. Feel like I have risen above the clouds and found fresh, clean air.

This beauty you have captured... if I went there I would never want to leave..

Quite beautiful, and I don't think I have ever seen a cow at the beach before!

Rumour has it the cow followed you all the way along the coast.

A beautiful break for your
beloved family and now for your blog family as well. What a wonderful stroll to take today, away from this damp, dismal, cold and drear east coast Canadian spring. I think I'll just sit and admire the view awhile and exchange a few mooving remarks with the smiling vache; the horses are too much of neigh-sayers to warrant a chat.

Nearly as beautiful as being from another world. Thank you for this escape.

Beautiful images. I like the solitude--the peace and seclusion of the beach, the farm animals, the sheltered mansion... The rock formations look like sculptures. Can't think of a better locale for a vacation.

Owen,

Blogger still has a big problem . . . not everyone is up and running, yet.

These are great photos of a beautiful area.

Even better the second time around, Owen. Amazing sandcastle and loved the hiking cow!

What an amazing post! So colorful and full of light and freshness. Beautiful blues, oranges and greens. Plants, animals, water and sea air. Crashing waves, rocks, and flowers. I love it all from beginning to end. An amazing place done justice by an amazing photographer!!!

One must admit that France is a beautiful country! A walk one would have liked to share!

Ah, dear friends, I can only bow my head and thank you once again for your presence, in these trying times... be well one and all...

Onward through the fog !
