. . Oh no . . . despite his claims to the contrary, that this is not a blog about flower photos, it looks like Owen has been out sniffing pollen again, and it's gone to his head . . . . .
What spectacular images! It's almost 2:00 a.m. and yours is my last stop in the blogosphere tonight. But I'm so refreshed and wide-awake from being bedazzled by these yellows I think I'll stay up a bit longer. :)
Oh, oh, oh! The second one is particularly exquisite!. Two favourite colours together - much like the wallpaper in my 1960s bedroom, although missing the pink.
Despite previous claims, you do have a talent for the flowers. These are gorgeous, intoxicating. My landscapes are bereft of summer flowers and I miss them more after visiting here!
Hey, go out and sniff some more. As long as you're sniffing, I'm enjoying the lovely shots. What's a little pollen to the head, Owen? You know you like it, too.
I have missed visiting you and seeing your lovely photos. I feel like I was gone forever, though it was only 10 days. But now I'm back and my first glimpse at the "Magic Lantern Show" was truly magical!
wonderful, really wonderful and so bright colours, impossible to resist, isn't it? :-) which reminds me that i still have to post my poppies (from bright yellow to bright red:-)
C'est très sain le pollen, Owen ! Après, tu vois les fleurs toutes bleues alors qu'elle sont jaunes ! Oui, c'est comme cela que les abeilles les voient...;) Bises
Long time since my last comment ! But thanks for those sunny photos. Very pwerful to be motivated for the coming week : my container is on its way ! :-)
Oh my this photo is just "Lucious" only word I feel can describe the photo...makes me feel good and rich in color and substance...gets me ready for another day in the morrow.
Great shades of yellow, Owen!!!
ReplyDeleteHope that you are getting plenty of R&R!

All this flower gazing has given me an appetite. Where are those fantastic crêpes you were taunting me with?
